Even tho you had a valid lic key, it is was not on the right PC (netbios spec) it would stop working.
When it was working it was great and very useful for getting written Use Cases (was originally for Rational products, but was fine on its own). It is possible that with the high cost of ownership of the RUP process and the rapid take up of Agile (and user stories) Uses Cases have had their day. You cant do everything in VISIO and this software was good for what it did. you just had to pray that your PC did not have a config change on it.
